- Work with the systems you already have and configure them around how your business actually operates
- Build automated reporting that replaces manual spreadsheets
- Build custom applications that overlay your ERP when off-the-shelf tools can't connect the two
- Record a short SOP video for everything I touch — a 10-minute fix or a full project
- Take on anything from a one-off issue to a company-wide rollout
What I don't do
- Write long SOP manuals or binders nobody opens
- Run classroom-style training sessions or certification programs
- Sell, resell or take referral fees on software
- Push a re-platform when your current system can be fixed
