In a construction company, the office carries the paperwork the field creates. AP chases backup for every invoice, reconciles statements and receipts, builds progress claims and T&M billing, and fixes payroll — all under month-end pressure. I take the manual entry, matching and coding off their plate so your team reviews instead of re-keys.

Operational data collection
The work that happens in the field
The field creates the information — field slips, timecards, POs, LEMs, scale tickets and truck tickets. Your crews choose how it comes in: entered directly in the system, or on the paper they already use and handed in to the office. Either way it gets captured once, read and coded by Bolt, and sent to the right place, so nothing is collected twice or re-keyed in the office.
