My background spans the full spectrum of accounting roles — from data entry to Controller to CFO — giving me a deep understanding of both the day-to-day and high-level financial strategy.
Over the last decade I've led financial strategy and systems implementation for construction companies across North America, configuring software so it works for accounting teams, project managers and the crews in the field.

I came up through construction accounting, so I understand the day-to-day work behind the numbers — invoices, payroll, job costing, month-end and reporting.

As a Controller and CFO, my focus shifted to what management needs: accurate information, efficient processes and systems that support better decisions.

I kept finding problems that couldn't be solved with accounting alone. That led me into software configuration, reporting, integrations, automation and eventually building solutions myself.
